Creating Your Account

Registration Requirements

  1. 1LifeSource USA is a B2B wholesale platform for licensed healthcare professionals.
  2. 2You must be affiliated with a clinic, pharmacy, hospital, or medical practice.
  3. 3Have your business credentials ready: Tax ID, NPI Number, and/or DEA Number.

How to Register

  1. 1Click "Register" in the top navigation.
  2. 2Fill in your business information: Company name, business type, and contact details.
  3. 3Enter your healthcare credentials (Tax ID, NPI, DEA number as applicable).
  4. 4Create a secure password.
  5. 5Check the box confirming you are a licensed healthcare professional.
  6. 6If you have a referral code from a sales rep, enter it in the "Referral Code" field.
  7. 7Click "Create Account" to submit your registration.

Account Approval Process

  1. 1After registering, your account status will be "Pending".
  2. 2Our team reviews your business credentials and verifies your healthcare license.
  3. 3This typically takes 1-2 business days.
  4. 4You'll receive an email notification when your account is approved.
  5. 5Once approved, you can log in and start placing orders.

Logging In

Accessing Your Account

  1. 1Click "Login" in the top navigation.
  2. 2Enter your registered email address.
  3. 3Enter your password.
  4. 4Click "Sign In" to access your account.

Account Status Messages

  1. 1If your account is pending, you'll see a yellow banner indicating approval is in progress.
  2. 2If rejected, you'll see a red banner with instructions to contact support.
  3. 3If suspended, contact customer service to resolve the issue.
  4. 4Approved accounts have full access to browsing and ordering.

Browsing Products

Finding Products

  1. 1Click "Products" in the navigation to browse our catalog.
  2. 2Use the search bar to find specific products by name.
  3. 3Filter by category using the dropdown menu.
  4. 4Sort products by name, price, or newest arrivals.

Product Categories

Viewing Product Details

Placing an Order

Adding Items to Cart

  1. 1On the product page, select the quantity you need.

Checkout Process

Step 1: Shipping Address

  2. 2All addresses are saved to your account for future orders.
  3. 3Ensure the address is complete and accurate for delivery.

Step 2: Payment Information

  1. 1Enter your credit card details.
  2. 2Provide the billing address if different from shipping.
  3. 3All payment information is securely processed.

Step 3: Review & Confirm

  1. 1Review your order summary including all items and totals.
  2. 2Verify shipping and billing addresses are correct.
  3. 3Click "Place Order" to complete your purchase.
  4. 4You'll receive an order confirmation with your order number.

Order Tracking

Viewing Your Orders

  1. 1Click your name in the navigation and select "Orders".
  2. 2Or go to Dashboard → "View Orders".
  3. 3See a list of all your past and current orders.
  4. 4Filter by status: Pending, Processing, Shipped, Delivered.

Order Details

  1. 1Click any order to view full details.
  2. 2See all items ordered with quantities and pricing.
  3. 3View the shipping address and payment summary.
  4. 4Check the current status of your order.

Tracking Your Shipment

  1. 1Once shipped, tracking information appears on the order page.
  2. 2Click the tracking number to track with the carrier.
  3. 3Common carriers: UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL.
  4. 4Contact us if your package shows delivered but wasn't received.

Order Statuses

  1. 1Pending: Order received, awaiting processing.
  2. 2Processing: Order is being prepared for shipment.
  3. 3Shipped: Order is on its way to you.
  4. 4Delivered: Order has been delivered.

Managing Your Profile

Updating Contact Information

  1. 1Click your name → "Profile" or Dashboard → "Profile".
  2. 2Update your name, email, or phone number.
  3. 3Update your business information as needed.
  4. 4Click "Save Changes" to update your profile.

Changing Your Password

  1. 1On the Profile page, scroll to "Change Password".
  2. 2Enter your current password.
  3. 3Enter and confirm your new password.
  4. 4Click "Update Password" to save.

Managing Addresses

Adding a New Address

  1. 1Go to Dashboard → "Addresses".
  2. 2Click "+ Add New Address".
  3. 3Fill in all address fields.
  4. 4Choose whether it's for shipping, billing, or both.
  5. 5Click "Save Address".

Setting a Default Address

  1. 1On the Addresses page, find the address you want as default.
  2. 2Click "Set as Default".
  3. 3This address will be pre-selected during checkout.

Editing or Deleting Addresses

  1. 1Click the edit or delete icon on any address.
  2. 2Make changes and save, or confirm deletion.
  3. 3Your default address cannot be deleted.
